Celebrating Excellence in Community Service
Social Education and Voluntary Action (SEVA) has been honored for its unwavering commitment to uplifting disadvantaged communities in Andhra Pradesh through strategic partnerships with reputed organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, NABARD, Godrej Agrovet Limited, and government departments like Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Rural Development.
Operating primarily in Eluru, West Godavari, and Krishna Districts, SEVA’s projects span agriculture (e.g., FPO promotion and irrigation tank renovation), education (scholarships and literacy), livelihoods (skill training and animal husbandry), water management (Jal Jeevan Mission and WASH), and disaster mitigation.
This work has created significant impact, empowering over 5,000 farmers via FPOs, benefiting 6,300 through irrigation improvements, training 810+ women and youth, treating 6,233 animals for 517 farmers, awarding scholarships to 590+ students, and reaching 11,573 with hygiene awareness—fostering self-reliance and sustainable development in rural, Tribal, and coastal areas.
