Way Forward

1. EDUCATION   :-  Tribal and rural areas there are children going for schools but not interesting in studies .  After the school in the evening time the children are not supported to complete the home work due to the parents are illiterates.In this regard we are planning to reach the 10000 children  in 500 villages.  The support is needed for volunteer honorarium and some Note Books, Pen, pencils and erasers for poor children.
2. HEALTH :-  In the Tribal, S.C and Minority  community areas health is a major problem.  They are spending lot of amount on health due to ignorance of hygine, kitchen garden , and lack of nutrition food.  We would like to promote health awareness programmes and providing general medicines to the needy people in 500 villages. We need the support for general medicines, and organizing health awareness camps.
3. CARE FOR THE AGED: – There are old age people are not having any care and thrown out from the houses they need shelter, food and health care.  The support is need for the one aged person needs Rs. 750/- per month for providing food, shelter, health care, recreation and sanitary items.
4. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT: –  There is need to take up Skill Development Trainings, Awareness Programmes, Care for single widowed and Girl Children and the Socio and economic approaches to brought women empowerment.
5. PRISIONERS CHILDREN AND FAMILY MEMBERS :- In the society the prisoners and family members are not treated well and not receiving them as like others though there are some prisoners  have not committed any wrong. Those families need counseling and support for family maintenance and children school fee
6. BIO-DIVERSITY :- It is common phenomena as a human being in the world we have to maintain bio-diversity at least within our area.
7. AGRICULTURE  & WATER MANAGEMENT: –  Organic Farming sustainable agriculture practices, Seed Village Concept, Promotion of Farmers Producer Organisation and market linkages.  Agriculutre livelihood, Farm and Nonfarm Sector, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry.
8. DALIT EMPOWERMENT & HUMAN RIGHTS :- Regular awareness programmes, Skill oriented programmes, Self-employment trainings and Orientation on Self sustenance.
9. NEED & RIGHT BASED PROGRAMMES :- There are number of issues in the villages like Land issues, Natural Calamities, discrimination  in the society and Rehabilitation are to be addressed
10. INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT :- There are number of Community Based Organisations (CBO’s) in the village.  They need to strengthen through Capacity Building, Orientation and activity based programmes in the village level.
11. SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES & SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEMES:-  To sustain the vulnerable communities the livelihood activities, skill dev.
12. SWACHA BHARAT/SMART VILLAGES :-  The organization is adopting smart villages.
13. OUT SOURCING :- The organization is providing personnel and skilled worker to the Agencies, Departments as per their requirement.
14. SURVEY, Documentation, Data Collection & Reporting.
15. HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING  CENTER :- The organization is providing trainings, Orientation, Skill Dev. Etc.,
